PRIVACY POLICY

Effective August 25, 2026

Tapestry Senior Living respects the privacy of the families who come to us. This policy explains what information we collect through our websites, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

It applies to the websites operated by Tapestry Senior Living, including the pages for our individual communities.

Some Tapestry communities operate their own separate websites. Where a community’s website publishes its own privacy policy, that policy applies to that site.

This policy covers our websites. It does not cover the records we keep about people who live in our communities, which are governed by the agreements they sign with us and by the health privacy laws of the state the community is in.

Information you give us

Our websites offer a small number of forms — typically Contact Us, Schedule a Tour, and Speak to an Advisor. When you fill one out, we collect:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Which community and type of care you are asking about
  • Who you are inquiring for — yourself, a parent, a spouse, or someone else
  • Anything you write in the message box

We ask for these because we cannot answer a question about senior living without knowing who to reach and what you need. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, financial account information, or medical records through our websites, and you should never send them to us that way.

If you email us about a job, we receive whatever you choose to send, including your résumé.

Information about someone else

Most people who contact us are asking on behalf of a parent or a spouse, not themselves. If you tell us about that person — their name, their situation, what kind of care they may need — we keep it with your inquiry and use it only to respond to you and to prepare for a conversation or a tour.

We do not contact the person you are asking about unless you tell us to, and we do not use what you tell us about them for advertising.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours record basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, your browser and device type, your operating system, the pages you view and how long you stay, and the website or search that sent you to us. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies and is used to keep the sites working and to understand which pages are useful.

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for this. Google’s own privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google’s browser add-on.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser’s settings. Our sites will still work, though some things may be less convenient.

Third-party tools on our websites

Our websites include tools operated by other companies. When you use one, that company receives the information you enter into it, and its own privacy policy applies alongside ours:

  • Live chat. If you open the chat window, your conversation is handled by our chat provider and a transcript is shared with us so we can follow up.
  • Care assessment quizzes. Some pages offer a short questionnaire from a third-party provider to help you think through care options. Your answers go to that provider and are shared with us.
  • Advertising. We may use advertising services, such as those offered by Google or Meta, that place cookies in your browser so we can show our ads to people who have already visited our websites. You can control this through your browser settings or through the ad settings of those services.
  • Google Maps is embedded on our contact pages.
  • Video on our sites is hosted by YouTube.
  • Virtual tours are hosted by a third-party tour provider.

These tools may set their own cookies. If you would rather not use them, you do not have to — every one of them is optional, and you can always reach us by phone or through a form instead.

Phone calls

The phone numbers on our websites may route through a call-tracking service, which receives your phone number and basic details about the call so we can tell which marketing efforts are working.

How we use your information

We use what we collect to:

  • Respond to your question and follow up about a community
  • Schedule and prepare for tours and visits
  • Send information you asked for, such as a guide or a floor plan
  • Keep our sites secure and fix problems
  • Understand how our sites are used so we can improve them

If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.

Who we share it with

We share your information with:

  • The community you asked about, so its team can respond to you
  • Our customer relationship management provider, where inquiries are stored so nothing gets lost between the website and the community
  • The service providers who run our tools — website hosting, email delivery, form processing, the automation service that moves an inquiry from the form into our system, analytics, chat, and assessment tools
  • Professional advisors, such as lawyers or accountants, when we need their help
  • Government authorities or others, when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of a resident, an employee, or the public

If Tapestry is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that business.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not share it with other companies for them to market their own products to you.

How long we keep it

We keep website inquiries for as long as they are useful to us and for as long as any applicable law requires. Families often begin looking well before they are ready to move, so an inquiry may stay on file for some time. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Information about people who live in our communities is handled separately from this policy.

Your choices

At any time you may:

  • Ask what we have about you
  • Ask us to correct it
  • Ask us to delete it
  • Ask us to stop contacting you

Write to the address at the end of this policy and we will respond. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Do Not Track

Most browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. There is still no agreed industry standard for how websites should respond to it, so our websites do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. If a standard is adopted, we will update this policy.

Children

Our websites are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections on our websites. No system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee that information sent over the internet is completely secure. Please do not send us sensitive information — medical records, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers — through a web form or email.

Links to other sites

Our websites link to other organizations, including government agencies, senior-care resources, and referral services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on the page. Please check back from time to time.
