As the family of a resident, what we like BEST is the responsiveness and excellence of your leadership team and the nursing staff at Tapestry Lakeshore. J.S. and A.P. are standouts. The nursing staff always reach out to me when my mom has any incident, no matter how minor, in her memory care neighborhood.

The staff in the memory care work so well together. A. is a great leader and communicator – incredibly helpful, attentive, understanding, and compassionate. I am thankful for the staff. They have been impactful and always friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Good staff and staff to resident ratio.

The staff is friendly and caring. Food service and quality are surprisingly good. Entertainment and activities for the residents is also good.

My Father is in a safe, and comfortable environment. The atmosphere is very home like, not at all like other facilities I have visited. I have peace of mind knowing that my father is receiving the absolute best care possible.

The interaction with the staff members is great, all of the nurses are amazing, they keep me updated on how my dad has been doing in between visits.

Ms. A is my personal angel she greets me with a hug every visit just as if she is reassuring me everything is o.k. Ms. J and Ms. N have been extremely helpful with the business portion of our families transition into the facility they made everything easy. They were very patient with us, answering all our questions with detail. OUR FAMILY IS HAVING A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH TAPESTRY!!!
