Community HealthChoices Medicaid Waiver Launch – Open HouseAug 14, 10:00am550 Cherrington Pkw, Coraopolis, PA, United States, Pennsylvania 15108We’re celebrating the launch of the Community HealthChoices (CHC) In Lieu of Services (ILOS) program — the first time in Pennsylvania that eligible assisted living residents can receive Medicaid financial assistance and remain in their community even after their personal funds are depleted.
Tapestry Moon Township is the only assisted living community in western Allegheny County participating in this program. This is your chance to:

• Learn how the CHC ILOS program works

This week, our Golden Thread residents rolled up their sleeves and got inspired during a special watercolor session with our friends from the Moon Library. From soft washes of color to bold brushstrokes, the artwork spoke volumes—and so did the laughter around the table.
