We know your needs and desires are unique. That’s why at Tapestry we work with you and your physician to design a personalized care plan to meet your needs. The goal of our dedicated nurses, therapists, and aides is to establish a strong relationship allowing us to constantly learn from you and work to meet your needs. It’s the Tapestry difference!

However, living well goes beyond just your physical health – it includes your mind and spirit.

Tapestry Senior Living provides multiple specialty physicians on-site. With these physicians on-site you can get individualized care without having to leave the community.

Medical Director

Dr. Timothy Jackson, MD, is on-site every Tuesday. He has over 25 years of experience in Assisted Living environments. Our clinical staff has a great rapport with Dr. Jackson and his team enabling quick response to our resident care plan.

Dental

Dr. Raven Ward, DMD, is with Spa Creek Health. Spa Creek Dental specializes in on-site diagnostic, preventive, restorative and other dental treatments.

Podiatry

Dr. Larry Campoli, DPM, comes to our community every quarter to perform non-surgical foot care.

Optical

Dr. Logan Reck, OD, along side Dr. Gary Reck, OD, are available to perform routine eye exam to all residents (verbal and nonverbal.)

Psychology

Kelly Scott, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, MSN, CARN-AP, PMHNPBC, does our onsite mental health services.

Maintaining a positive outlook and feeling good about yourself and others is important to everyone’s health. At Tapestry we’ll help you stay challenged, enjoy new activities and explore your creative side through music and art programs, guest speakers and a variety of social gatherings. There’s even a Theatre room where you can enjoy your favorite movies. Unique to Tapestry, we have a specialized Music & Memory facility, helping our residents use music as a valuable healing tool.

Special technology gives our residents and their family greater peace of mind. We use the latest in wireless emergency response technology. By simply pushing a button, our staff will be alerted to come and address your needs. You can rest easy knowing all the support, activity and care you need to continue to be independent in your own home is available at Tapestry Moon.
