There are over 700,000 Wartime Veterans in Pennsylvania who need regular assistance in their homes or long term care facilities, yet only a small percentage of these Veterans ever receive VA benefits to help pay for their care. Recently, the VA has adopted new look-back rule for gifting that went into effect in October of 2018.
Certified Elder Law Attorneys Julian Gray and Caitlin E. Harper from Julian Gray Associates, will review the new rules that have been implemented and discuss how they will affect planning for long-term care costs.
