The goal of our dedicated nurses, therapists, and aides is to establish a strong relationship allowing us to constantly learn from you and work to meet your needs. It’s the Tapestry difference!

Tapestry Senior Living provides multiple specialty physicians on-site. With these physicians on-site you can get individualized care without having to leave the community.
Medical Director
Dr. Timothy Jackson, MD, is on-site every Tuesday. He has over 25 years of experience in Assisted Living environments. Our clinical staff has a great rapport with Dr. Jackson and his team enabling quick response to our resident care plan.
Dental
Dr. Raven Ward, DMD, is with Spa Creek Health. Spa Creek Dental specializes in on-site diagnostic, preventive, restorative and other dental treatments.
Podiatry
Dr. Kathleen Bauer, DPM
graduated from Barry University. Her post graduate training was at the VA Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
Optical
Dr. Logan Reck, OD, along side Dr. Gary Reck, OD, are available to perform routine eye exam to all residents (verbal and nonverbal.)
Psychology
Kelly Scott, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, MSN, CARN-AP, PMHNPBC, does our onsite mental health services.
